What does a wedding insurance covers?
There are many ways that a wedding might go wrong and not according to plan. The more usual ones that seek coverage are outdoor weddings such as having a beach wedding.
So what can you do to protect yourself against these unexpected contingencies?
You have heard from friends on wedding insurance. You have chosen a beach theme wedding and friends advise you to get yourself covered, in case, anything goes wrong, such as rough weather.

This does not refer to the showers or rain that you might get on your big day if your event is an outdoor one such as a wedding on the beach.

This insures against the possible damage or loss of the film or video.
The policy might cover the costs of rearranging for another wedding photo shoot or video to capture the memories of the event.
This refers to people who are important to the event such as the officiant or witnesses. Their failure to turn up due to unforeseen circumstances causes the postponement of the wedding.
If your wedding vendors or suppliers go bust or missing suddenly or unable to provide the contracted services, the insurance will normally cover the deposits made.
