Your guests took pains to attend you beach wedding at your designated destination. They might be foreign to the place and have limited knowledge. So what can you do to help them and make them have a memorable stay?

In order to help to create a great experience for your guests, you have to think on what is the information they might need. For e.g., they might hang around more to explore the place. You could be a nice host to provide something to welcome them.

You could come up with a welcome kit. In it you could add in information on the destination, the attractions and information on the tours, some mementos and postcards of both of you.

Perhaps you might want to have a paid for tour lined up for them, but do beware. There was a bride who was very thoughtful and arranged for a tour for her guests. However her plan backfired as not many were interested as most of them prefer to explore on their own. In the end, she turned the embarrassment into happiness by providing them with maps to walk around.

So do think on what you can provide for your guests but do avoid the above mistake. It can be costly!

One creative idea is to get your kit in a unique container or bag so that the guests can keep it as mementos.

Scout out interesting stuff to place into the bag at specialty stores. You might just get a bargain for what you need!
