Krabi Beach Wedding

How about having a tropical beach wedding in the southern beautiful getaway of Krabi?  Located approximately 14 kilometers away from Bangkok, Krabi has spectacular beaches, luxuriant forests, beautiful landscapes, which forms a great backdrop for wedding pictures!

There are 2 seasons in Krabi, namely the hot season from January to April and the rainy season from May to December. The average temperatures vary from 17 degree Celsius to 37 degrees Celsius.

Ao Nang and Hat Rai Le are two places with world renowned beaches.

Ao Nang

A large bay armed with beautiful beaches such as East Rai Le, West Rai Le. It has spectacular limestone formation caves and 83 offshore islands.

There are many great accommodations available and popular activities such as diving, snorkeling, boating, canoeing and kayaking.

Hat Rai Le (Rai Le Beach)

There are 2 sections with the West Rai Le being more secluded and peaceful but with fewer amenities.

The main attraction of the beach is the picturesque view at the north of the beach and the attraction of limestone cliff climbing.

Hat Thram Phra Nang

Accessible by boat only, this white sand, turquoise waters is quiet and beautiful. The only accommodation on the island is a privately owned high end Rayavadee  resort.

How to get here?

You can go to Krabi by a few methods:

By air

You can take on domestic flights from Bangkok International Airport. The flight is approximately one hour and twenty minutes. Flights are operated by Thai Airways International.

If you are coming from Phuket, you could take a flight from Phuket to Krabi. Flights are operated by Phuket Air.

Alternatively, you may fly in by Silkair from Singapore.

By Bus

Bangkok: You can take air conditioned buses from the Southern Bus Terminal. There are different classes of buses. The journey takes around 12 hours.

Phuket: You may also take buses from the Phuket Bus Terminal. The journey takes around 3 – 4 hours.
