How to minimize dark eye / under eye circles?
How to minimize the awful dark eye circles that is bothering you? You have been spending sleepless nights trying to make the final preparation for the big day. You woke up and find yourself looking shag in front of the mirror! What's worse, you started seeing a black panda right in front of you.
Usually we always attribute the formation of dark eye circles due to lack of sleep. Actually sometimes it might be because of a lack of vitamin K. Or worse, sometimes it is heredity and thus cannot be avoided.
Besides using the concealer to try to cover up as a temporary remedy, below are some tips to help alleviate the situation.
Tea Bag Therapy
The tannin in tea bags has been shown to reduce swelling and discoloration, thus helping to reduce the dark eye circles.

Apply cool tea bags. Put the tea bags in the fridge prior to use.

Lie down, and place the cool tea bags over your eyes for about 15 minutes.
Cucumber Therapy
Cucumber has been known to reduce puffiness and refresh the appearance of skin around the eyes.

Place fresh or chilled cucumber slices to your eyes daily.

Keep eyes closed.

Lie down, preferably in the morning, and leave fresh cucumber slices over your eyes for 10 - 15 minutes.
Cool water Therapy
If you wake up in the morning and your eyes are puffy, use cool or cold water to wash your face. The water will help to contract the blood vessels and thus diminishes the puffy eyes.
