Do exercise regularly. Do cardio exercises to increase the fat burning rate. Of course you would also need to do some toning exercises to shape the body to a nice shape to fit into the wedding dress or wedding suit!
There are calories in alcoholic drinks. So do cut on the intake. Water helps to curb appetite, so you can increase the daily intake.
Lastly plan a weight loss regime and get your family or close friends to monitor and remind you to keep to it. It has been shown that peer help and encouragement can help an individual achieve the desired results.
